Kamdhenu Residency offers 2 BHK (Tower B) and 3 BHK (Tower A) residential flats, as well as commercial shops on the ground and first floors. The layout includes spacious living areas, with the 3 BHK units featuring a distinct drawing room ($16’0″ \times 12’4″$) and master bedrooms with attached toilets.

The buildings feature a well-designed earthquake-resistant RCC frame structure. The developer strictly prohibits any external changes to maintain the project’s elevation and aesthetics. However, extra internal work can be executed if requested, provided the client makes a full advance payment for the estimated cost. No changes to the core plan or elevation will be entertained.
